Find Your Skinny Legs, Lose Thigh Fat

lose_thigh_fatIf you are serious about learning how to lose thigh fat, I have some good news for you, you can do it simply and easily if you try to comprehend a few simple principals.  Now when I say simply and easily, I mean the concept, not the effort required.  As with anything, it requires a little dedication and physical effort to achieve success.  Learning how to lose thigh fat and all body fat requires the same philosophy and follow through, this simple advice may help you.

Concentrate on Getting Rid of Fat Over Your Entire Body

It would be great if we could look at our bodies, pick the exact spot we want to reduce and be able to do specific exercises to reduce that area.  Unfortunately the human body doesn’t work that way.  If being able to lose thigh fat is your goal, you can certainly do it but you will need to concentrate on eating a diet and participating in an exercise regimin that will reduce fat over your entire body. So concentrate on reducing your overall body fat and your fat thighs will reduce naturally along with everything else.

Exercise Fast and Hard

Implement an exercise program which requires you to move from exercise to exercise with minimal rest between exercise activities.  This will work great if you are using weight training.  If you are into walking or running, change the tempo consistently, walk/run slowly for two minutes then increase the intensity for a minute then go back to a slower pace for two minutes.  Use at least a five minute warm up and a five minute cool down before and after and watch the fat start to melt off of you. The best thing about this type of exercise is that it can be applied to almost any type of exercise.  Getting rid of fat thighs will be no problem if you are consistent and build up your stamina and cardio vascular ability over time.  Doing lower body weight training will obviously benefit your thighs by building up the muscles in that area, so that when the fat is gone you will be left with toned, muscular and sexy looking legs.  Step ups, lunges, and squats are good lower body exercises.

Eat Healthy and Eat Often

Now you have the good work out routine to help you in getting rid of fat thighs, now it is time for the healthy eating that will lead to success.  The simple ratio of burning more calories than you consume will lead to fat loss.  Don’t take that to mean that you shouldn’t eat. Starving yourself and depriving your body of the basic nutrients it needs to function is unhealthy and couter productive when it comes to fat loss.  If you starve yourself, you may have some initial weight loss, but our bodies adapt to this deprivation and they respond by storing more fat.  So in the end you will end up with more fat on your thighs, butt, belly and overall body than you started with.  The simple solution is to eat meals more often, but eat healthy, smart portions.  Your body burns calories when it breaks down and digests food, so if you are eating healthy, and eating more often it will lead to weight loss.  Many suggest eating four meals a day.

So learning to lose thigh fat and all body fat in general is no mystery it just involves having a plan, being dedicated to it.  Exercise regularly, varying intensity and eating small healthy meals more often, will lead to success in getting rid of fat all over your body!!!!!
