-         First off you have to develop a training system that is designed for fat loss.  Stop focusing on just exercising and train for fat loss.  Training for fat loss means that your work outs should be designed to burn fat, not just exercise.  What does this mean? First it is important that you incorporate both weight training and cardiovascular elements to your workout, and modify them burn_stomach_fat-_circuitfor fat loss. In weight training you should develop a routine that you do at least three times a week which involves circuit training.  Circuit training is high repetitions, lower weights, with little time in between exercises.  You want to focus on a solid core workout, working each of the major muscle areas, chest, shoulders, arms, legs and midsection.  Your cardiovascular exercise should also be circuit training oriented.  You are training to burn fat, so you don’t want to just walk or run at a steady pace for 30 minutes. burn_stomach_fat-_fad_diets-         Avoid fad diets and develop a healthy eating plan.  Often times, when you make a decision to lose weight, you look for a diet to follow that will help you.  The problem with diets is that after awhile, you will inevitably be unable to continue it and the result will be that you undo any gains that you may have had.  A healthy eating plan is not a typical diet, because you shouldn’t focus so much on deprivation as you do on developing eating habits which are better for you.  A great example is the Atkins diet, if you follow the Atkins plan religiously you will lose weight.  Unfortunately, it wont last, eventually you’re body and mind will rebel against all of the rules and deprivation and you will gain back much of what you have lost.  So the initial success unfortunately leads to  long term failure.  So instead of depriving yourself of things, you simply have to limit your consumption of those things to levels that are healthy.  That way you will not be dreaming about eating junk food all of the time.  This will take some discipline, but in the long run you will be able to maintain this healthy eating for the long term, burn stomach fat and be healthier and happier.  Food is not the enemy, too much of the wrong kind of food is.

burn_stomach_fat-suppliments-         Taking a quality multivitamin/antioxidant supplement daily will help your body burn fat, and keep you healthy especially during weight loss.  Often when your body is undergoing a radical change such as significant weight loss, you can become susceptible to illness.  A good multivitamin will help you get all of the basic nutrients you need to fight off illness which will enable you to continue your work out schedule uninterrupted.  I also believe that using vitamin C as well will help in this area.  As with all things, there is debate on the effectiveness of vitamin C, as it pertains to avoiding illness, but in my own experience, I have had fewer colds, seasonal illness and more energy since I have been using vitamin C.  You could say it was coincidence, but this is over a ten year period.  Ultimately you will have to make your own decision here, but I believe daily supplements to be a vital part of my ability to burn stomach fat.
