Hey… HEY! Keep your mind out of the gutter!

By “dirty” I mean down and dirty… as in taken with my crappy iPhone camera by my friend and guru trainer Roland… while looking into a mirror… with no lighting, tan…

Well, you get the point.

Here’s an example… this was me listening to Nine Inch Nail’s song Vessel so I wasn’t exactly all-smiles… but I like listening to aggressive music when I train. My training partner/trainer Roland took this shot while I was staring in the mirror contemplating the next Smith Machine Press set with only 40 seconds of rest and using 225 pounds… yikers… my aching delts!

I was introduced to the Belly Fat Cure in March as a result of an article in Costco’s Costco Connection magazine and applied to be his coaching class for Costco members. I had been selected to take part in the program and during the course of the 11 weeks of coaching, was able to shed 47 pounds and 10 inches off my belly. I religiously followed the program during the coaching and tracked every meal making sure that no meals exceeded the recommended 5 grams of sugar and 2 carb servings. Getting rid of fat and keeping it off may just be the hardest thing a person can do. We go on diet after diet and plan after plan and never succeed in dropping more than a couple of pounds and then within the week we have put it back on and sometimes even more than we lost. How do I know this? It is because I have done it time after time just like you have. I have got to tell you fad diets do not work and I have proven this at least a dozen times haven’t you?
